Fairly clean hotel, liked its nice location and staff. The property room was cool with a decent microwave and fridge.

There was uncomfortable bed in my room.

We loved the very central location and how clean the place was kept. Polite stuff members where in every shift.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was perfect and clean.

Loved our 7 nights here. The room we had included a sitting area, a writing table, iron and ironing board.

No complaints, fairly nice stay in your Hotel room. The venue was a cozy base for enjoying a great area, adjacent to bars & restaurants, conference center and nightclubs. It had a huge variety of meals for breakfast, including bread, butter, muffins, eggs and fruit.

Everything was great, fine staff, brilliant location very close to an expo as well as shops. Cozy unit with a queen bed.

The location and rooms were fantastic here.

Reasonably clean hotel, accommodating staff, well-organised room. Rich breakfast at the property with lots of options to choose from. It's 20 min walk to the center. Such a personalized service too.

Hotel's lobby was modern, I loved it. The room had coffee, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff were happy to help and smiled at me.

Nicely furnished room, hearty breakfast and genuinely helpful stuff. The room was protected with safe. I liked the Italian cuisine served here.

Breakfast was quite good and we got a good size room, it was a decent experience. Efficient business location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from embarcadero.

Good location, comfortable bed. Booked standard room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a heating system and an individual safe. We thoroughly enjoyed to chill in the nearby barleymash. Outstanding value.
